I teach video and information design classes here at the school and I use a lot of videos as a way of providing instruction and different view points for students. For example, I am getting ready to teach a media communication class. There will be no book for the class, I am building each section using images, websites and a lot of video.
The problem with using a lot of video, especially in Angel, is that you end up with a page full of links, in my case, to a lot of different sites. The student has to scroll down the page and read through the list, its just inefficient and not well organized.
So that’s why I was excited to find Yokto. This free product allows you to create video playlists using videos from most of the major video sharing sites, and then it collects them in an attractive player. It has many more features that are available if you pay, but the free players work great and organize things perfectly.
Watch the video below to see how to create a player and then embed it into Angel.
